  • Support requests that don't relate to installation issues are included with any license.
  • Support is available only via email. Please use our support form.
  • Support and upgrades of the software for a license are granted for a year after purchasing the license. After this period, a "Support and Updates" license will have to be purchased to continue receiving this service. All the information about a license is available in the "Licenses" tab in the "Settings" menu.
