- Feature Requests: If you suggest a feature request we keep your name and e-mail address. We only use it to answer your request. Emails from the feature requests page are sent using Mailgun (Mailgun Privacy Policy).
- Trial Licenses: If you request a trial license we keep your name and e-mail address. We use it to send you the license and follow up e-mails. Emails from the trial page are sent using Mailgun (Mailgun Privacy Policy).
- Bot Protection: In the support, suggest a feature and trial forms we use hCaptcha to protect from bots, spam and abuse. We do not collect any information from hCaptcha. hCaptcha privacy policy.
- Purchases: If you buy from us we keep your name, company information, IP address from where the order was made and e-mail address that our reseller FastSpring sends us when you make a purchase. We do not have access to your payment information (credit card or other) because this is handled by our reseller FastSpring (see their Privacy Policy). We use this information to send you your license data and keep it for accounting purposes, for validating any support request you may make, to resend you the license data if you lose them and to notify you of support and updates renewals.
