Support requests that don't relate to installation issues are included with any license.
Users of the Free Version cannot make support requests that don't relate to installation issues.
Support is only provided by email. Please use our support form.
Support and upgrades of the software for a license are granted for a year after purchasing the license. After this period, a "Support and Updates" license will have to be purchased to continue receiving this service. All the information about a license is available in the "Licenses" tab in the "Settings" menu.
