The past months we've been working on V6, which will mainly bring two great new features that lots of you have been requesting: projects hierarchy and improved permissions. We recently did a preview which you can read here.
This June and in particular this past week we've been working really hard to finish it, and we set today June 14 as a final deadline. The truth, though, is that we're still not comfortable releasing V6 today. As we explained before V6 is a big development effort as it changes Team Password Manager's core completely. UI changes are also large, basically due to the nature of hierarchy. On top of this, we've been adding some features that were not initially planned, such as new permissions. V6 is basically finished (a few features need a bit of polishing), but we need more time to test more cases, which we're doing with closed beta versions with some users.
We're aware that lots of you have been expecting V6 for a long time, and that we've been postponing its release. We apologize for that. We're just asking that you wait a bit longer. We prefer to release a solid product delaying it a little than to release patches afterwards.
