We've recently released a couple of patches for the latest version of Team Password Manager (14.172.297):
Patch #859: it corrects a bug that prevented saving personal passwords from the extension.
Patch #876: it corrects a bug that returned an error when opening a project under certain conditions.
If you're using v. 14.172.297, make sure you apply them.
We've also updated the Docker image for v. 14.172.297 to upgrade some of its components and also to include the above patches. We've tagged this new image 14.172.297_2, and the latest tag (teampasswordmanager/teampasswordmanager:latest) also contains this image.
