Support is included if you have purchased a license (or an upgrade). For the Free Version, support is free if you need help during the installation of the software. After that you should purchase a license if you need to contact our support department.

Use the following form to contact our support department (*=required fields):

License ID *

If you have more than one license, just enter one Id. Ids have the following
format: 1-2345-67. If you have the Free Version just enter FREE.

Problem *

Please be specific about your problem. If you need help during the installation
include information about the operating system and versions of MySQL and PHP.
